I have to say that I love the way this card turned out.  Shall we get started?  Here's what I used:
3 Girl JAM - Caribbean Splash bundle
Basic Grey - "What's Up?" 6X6 pad
Martha Stewart - butterfly punch
Spellbinders - Large Classic Scalloped Ovals
Archival "Jet Black" ink
Paper Trey Ink - Vintage Cream card stock
Happy Birthday stamp - TPC Studio
Crystal Stickles
Adhesive
