Flower Tags

Sometimes you need something cute that you can make in just a few minutes.  These tags are perfect for that.  Just grab some cute paper (I used "Seaside" from Close To My Heart which has been discontinued) and your Cricut and you are ready to go.  Unfortunately, I forgot which Cricut cartridge I used to make these.  Please watch the video and let me know if you have an answer to how to look up which cartridge you used on a project. Thanks for stopping by today.  Remember to take some time to enjoy the little things.

Golden Birthday T-Shirt

Image
Have you ever heard of a "golden birthday"?  I can assure you that I hadn't until about a month ago when a friend's daughter celebrated hers.  A golden birthday only happens once in a lifetime. It is celebrated when the date of your birth matches your age.  This year my daughter celebrated her golden birthday when she turned 21 on March 21st. Here's what you need to decorate your t-shirt: T-shirt Cricut iron on Cricut with cartridges (I can't remember what I used) Thanks for stopping by today.  Remember to take some time to enjoy the little things.

Planner Quick Tip - Rub-Ons

Image
I know that some of you do not like rub-ons.  I actually like them a lot and can't believe I hadn't really thought about adding them to my planners and journals.  They are so perfect for that because they add so little bulk.  I really recommend that you go through your stash and find some old rub-ons to add to your planner lay-outs.  You may just find a whole new love. Thanks for stopping by today.  Remember to take some time to enjoy the little things.

Planner Quick Tip - Washi Organization

Image
I have a problem.  Okay, so may I have a few problems, but one of those is the sheet amount of washi tape that I have stashed.  I find that I don't use the bulk of it because most of it is in my craft room and I rarely use my planner or bullet journal in the craft room.  One solution was to move the narrow washi into a zipper pouch to put into my planner carrier.  That worked, but the rest of my stash (including the funnest printed ones) remained downstairs.  Something had to change!  This week's "quick tip" shows you my solution.  I love it.  I went out of town for a few hours this morning with my guys.  I knew that I was going to have some time with my journals while I was gone and this solution meant I could take most of my washi with me. The best part?  It took very little room to toss it in my bag.  That's what I call a solution! Thanks for stopping by today.  Remember to take some time to enjoy the little things.
