Ruffles and Hearts Birthday Card

I decided to use the same card base that I used a while back and see what I could do to it to add interest.  I think this pretty card did just that.  Here's what you need.

3 Girl JAM - Merlot
Pink paper (I used the Recollections' Soda Pop" set)
Scrap of paper (this one is from the "My Family" pack from Fancy Pants)
Chianti - Color box ink
Hero Arts - Hero Hues
Happy Birthday stamps (unknown source)
Fiskars 2" circle punch, heart's border punch
Zig writer and other adhesive
