Christmas Thank You Notes
I know that Christmas is over and you are likely moving on to winter and Valentine cards. I'm running a bit behind and needed to make some thank you notes to send for Christmas Gifts. One of the Christmas cards I made this year was from the Teresa Collins Christmas Silhouette images that were free in the Cricut Craft Room during the holidays. You can see those cards by clicking here. At that time, I saved the negative space and planned to make more Christmas cards with them. I never could quite come up with a design for them though. One day as I was thinking about all those negative spaces on my desk, I came up with the idea for these thank you notes.
I used the following materials:
Negative space left over from the Teresa Collins cuts from various solid papers
Recollections "Shades of Red" cardstock
Core'dinations "Krafty" cardstock
The Paper Studio "Holiday" cardstock
Versamark ink and white embossing powder
Martha Stewart bakers twine, Peapod twine from The Twinery, red Lime Twist twine from My Mind's Eye
Hero Arts "All Occasion Messages" stamp set
Sakura Gelly Roll pen - white
Scraps of patterned paper and cardstock from various companies
I hope you enjoy the video. I am so blessed to have received a new video camera from my husband. I am still learning how to use it and I'm also learning how to use a new video editing program. Hope you hang in there through the process of new equipment.
