Hi Cheri--thank you so much for tagging me--you are a super kind person. I will definitly make you a journaling set (I love frames!) I also enjoyed your segment on Fear--false evidence of hearing real. Never heard that before. I have alot going on in my thoughts the past few months too--not fear--but hurt & pain. I love that you shared that; love,Kristal
Thanks Kristal. God is good...ALL the time. I don't have to have fear. That's where Satan wants is to be. It makes us less effective. I know you are hurting. You are in my prayers.
Welcome to my little contribution to the Operation Write Home Blog Hop. I am so happy that you stopped by today. This is the first time that I've participated in an OWH Blog Hop, but I have hopped to other blogs during these hops before. I can't wait to see all the inspiration out there. Today, I have chosen the Bonus Sketch #12 to use with this hop. It is a sketch that my daughter chose to have me make her thank you notes for graduation before I even knew the hop details. What perfect timing! Be sure to scroll down to the previous post for a full tutorial and to see my daughter's thank you note. Same technique and sketch, but a totally different card. I used the following supplies: Operation Write Home Bonus Sketch #12 K and Company - Ancestry.com paper Memento Tuxedo Black ink OWH / Hero Art stamp Stampendous - Happy Messages stamp set Thanks so much for stopping by today. Remember to take some time to enjoy the l...

It's been nearly 3 years since we made hot chocolate mix. Yes, you heard right. We last made hot chocolate mix in December, 2017. Have you ever made so much hot chocolate that you mix it in a garbage bag? That's how we like to do it. It's also great if you're having a party or looking for a fun gift. Just add some mix to a bag, put it in a mug, wrap in cellophane and tie it in a bow. This year we tweaked the recipe a bit to try to make it a little more chocolaty. Keep scrolling and I'll tell you how we changed it up. The original recipe is something that I found on the internet years ago and I have no idea of the original source. If if you know where I found it, I will be happy to link to the original source. 13 oz. malted milk (change alert #1) 22 oz coffee creamer 4 lb. powdered milk 32 oz. powdered sugar 2 (28 oz.) chocolate milk mix (change alert #2) 2 (1 lb) bags of mini- marshmallows (change alert #3) Mix in a large trash bag. ...
