For my project today I decided to challenge myself by creating cards from a scrapbook sketch. WHAT? Yes, you heard correctly. I took scrapbook sketch #7 from the Make it from the Heart, volume 1.

Of course, I needed the Jeepers Creepers paper as well as the Adventure cardstock packet. A little bit of Archival black ink and the Artistry Cricut cartridge and I was ready to change the 1st layout of the sketch into a cute card. I filled in this cute monster's eyes with our Shimmer Brush and popped him up with some foam tape.
To cut out the monster, I used icon #1 and <shift> icon #1 on page 43 at 2.5" in lemon and tangerine. The speech bubble was cut using icon #2 on page 1 at 1.25" in tangerine. Both of these papers are in the Adventure cardstock packet. The stamp is from "Short and Sweet Sentiments".
The second layout from the sketch was also turned into a cute card. The twist to this one is that I turned it on the side. I also added an extra strip to the sides and only had room for 2 circles instead of the 3 squares.
This one took 2 stamp sets - "So Many Smiles" and "Finding the Words". That tangerine paper is so perfect for Fall. I'm loving it. By the way, did you know that "Finding the Words" and many other stamp sets are also available in French and Spanish? You really should check them out.
I decided to make a video out of this one.
I sure my project helped to get your mojo going and that YOU
are excited to work with the Jeepers Creepers Kit!
Up next is Oma Gloria!
