Though my husband's birthday was last month, I am just now getting around to showing the card I made for him.  This really simple card was made using the "Life of the Party" 6X6 pad and Woolies from Basic Grey.


Since I wasn't concerned about mailing this card, I made it a 6X6 inch card.  The card base was made from blue Coordinations textured paper.  I hand cut the banner and used the Woolies to make balloons.  I pulled some solid baker's twine from my stash to form the strings on the balloons.  The sentiment was stamped using Archival black ink with an unknown stamp.  I finished the inside of the card as well, but did not photograph it.  You can see it by viewing the video.


This card went together in a matter of minutes but still looked great.  Thanks for stopping by and remember to take some time to enjoy the little things.
