Here's what I used: Kate's ABC's - Page 50 DCWV - Matstack 2 Neutrals Carta Bella - Alphabet Junction Paper Provo Craft "wheat" paper (skin tones) Orange ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon Memento Tuxedo Black ink Inkadinkado - "Welcome Baby" stamp set (inside of the card) ATG, foam tape, Zig 2 way glue Sakura - Gelly Roll clear pen (for the centers of 2 of the flowers) You will have to watch the video if you want to see the inside of the card.  I didn't grab a picture of that. I have to admit that I have not had such a bad case of "can't leave well enough alone-itis" when it comes to crafting in a long time.  I have been wanting to use this new die from Paper Trey Ink for quite awhile, but just haven't taken the time to play with it.  It is a spinner die and I really had fun with it. In this week's episode, we explore 2 different Tim Holtz inks - Distress Ink pads and Alcohol. In this second video, we make a cute butterfly card using the paper we inked with the alcohol inks.  I combined 3 stamps from the "Amazing You" set by K. Andrew to make the sentiment for the card.  After stamping the sentiment, I set the stamp aside and finished the video.  I then took the snapshots of the card before remembering that I hadn't cleaned my stamp.  I figured the black ink would now be a permanent part of the stamps.  Boy was I wrong!  They cleaned beautifully.  I don't think I have ever had a stamp sit for that long without being cleaned and come completely clean.  This is just one of the reasons that I'm really going to enjoy these stamps! One of the first blogs I began following was My Pink Stamper.  Robyn is a talented lady.  A few weeks ago, she announced that she was going to looking for designers for the next 6 month term on her design team and I wanted to get in on that.  This is the first time I have ever entered a challenge and I'm really excited about it.  Of course there were some guidelines to follow.  We were to use the following colors: Orange Turquoise Green Brown and other optional color of our choice. We were also to use our favorite Cricut cartridge and post the recipe.  I love those colors, but have never attempted them all at once.  It was fun to stretch my mind a bit.  This is what I came up with:

I am so excited that Joann's has opened in my town!  The first weekend they were opened, they had their Cricut cartridges on sale.  "Kate's ABC's" was on my wish list and they had it!  I made this card using it and "Just Because Cards".  I made this card for a college graduate.  I believe the concept of the butterfly correlates to this new graduate who is being changed by God to be what He wants her to be.  I chose pink because it is the graduate's favorite color.
